3. Refund Conditions
3.1 Premium Subscriptions
For subscription-based services, the following refund conditions apply:
- Monthly Subscriptions: Eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 3 premium articles or features.
- Annual Subscriptions: Eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 5 premium articles or features.
- Partial Refunds: For annual subscriptions past the 14-day window, we may offer prorated refunds at our discretion, minus a £15 administration fee.
- Automatic Renewals: Charges resulting from failed cancellation attempts may be refunded if you can demonstrate that you attempted to cancel before the renewal date.
3.2 Digital Products
For one-time digital product purchases:
- Market Reports and Analysis: Eligible for a refund within 3 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed the content.
- Educational Courses: Eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have completed less than 15% of the course.
- Downloadable Resources: Generally non-refundable once downloaded, except in cases where the content is demonstrably defective or materially different from its description.
3.3 Events and Webinars
- Live Events: Eligible for a full refund up to 14 days before the event date. Cancellations between 14 days and 48 hours before the event may receive a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations less than 48 hours before the event.
- Recorded Webinars: Eligible for a refund within 3 days of purchase if you have not accessed the content.
- Event Rescheduling: If we reschedule an event, you may request a full refund if the new date is not suitable for you.
3.4 Consulting Services
- Pre-Session Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
- Late Cancellation: 50% refund if cancelled between 48 hours and 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- No-Shows: No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before the session or if you fail to attend.
- Quality Issues: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of consulting services, please contact us within 3 days of the session to discuss potential partial refunds or alternative solutions.
4. Refund Timeframes
4.1 Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, please allow for the following processing times:
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed to your PayPal account.
- Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days for the refund to be processed to your bank account.
- Cryptocurrency Payments: 3-5 business days for refund processing. Please note that cryptocurrency refunds will be calculated based on the fiat value of the original payment at the time of purchase, not the current cryptocurrency value.
4.2 Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. If you do not receive a confirmation within the timeframes specified above, please contact our customer support team.
